I am an Independent Estimating Contractor/CM-A, I have been an independent contractor since 2011. I have been in the construction industry since 1984. I can do construction estimating, project engineering and project management. I deal in all aspects of construction documentation, although, I perfer to do site development estimating. I am proficient with MS Office 365, MS Project, Dreamweaver, Earthwork/OD, AgTek/Paydirt and Heavybid. I use AutoCADLt 2024 for structural details and Earthworks OnDemand for earthwork takeoffs. For contact management software I use Act Pro V 26 (2024) and MS Outlook 365. For online meeting software I use "GoToMeeting". For recreation I enjoy country dancing, sailing, horseback riding, and flying . I have a one son, Charley, who completed a nine month tour of duty in Iraq. I am also a student of Bible Prophecy .
